DO login into the Owner Portal (PayHOA.com) and submit a request. There you can submit general, maintenance, architectural, sprinkler repair, tree trimming requests.
When you receive an email notification DO NOT reply to the email message. Click the "Review Comment" click at the bottom of the message. This will launch you into the Owner Portal (PayHOA.com)
Read comments. You may have to scroll. Click the "Leave a Comment" link if you would like to respond.
Renters
Contact your Landlord or Property Manager to submit requests on your behalf.
BE PATIENT & BE KIND
The HOA DOES NOT have an office or take phone calls. All communications are handled electronically.
Please be considerate of the fact that the HOA is comprised of VOLUNTEERS who live in the community, NOT employees. HOA volunteers work hard, do not get paid, have full time jobs, and limited availability.
There are workflow processes configured in the system that triage your requests, assign them to appropriate person, and ensure each request is appropriately handled.
Expect 24 - 48 hour turnaround time on responses from the HOA.
Call the Master Association for Master related requests only (i.e. Amenities, Key cards, Master Dues Payments, etc). Do NOT call the Master about Townhomes of Summerfield related requests. They have no knowledge of sub-community related affairs.
