Vehicles Without Parking Permit Decals Must Be Parked In Spaces Labeled "Visitor" Or Else They Will Be Towed.
RESIDENT PARKING APPLICATIONS
Residents Should Submit a Parking Application if they 1) are a new homeowner/renter, 2) transferring a decal to a new vehicle 3) have new license plate 4) have a lost/stolen/destroyed decal 5) Other - explained in the application.
You are not required to submit a resident parking permit application. However, you will have to park in spaces labeled "Visitor". Visitor spaces are limited so you may end up having to park some ways away from your unit.
Decals are issued for residents with proof of residence & vehicle registrations for up to two (2) vehicles per unit. Note: there are only 1.92 spaces per unit available in the community. Decal holders MUST live at the address.
Additional vehicles must be parked in Visitor spaces. A maximum total of 4 vehicles per unit in the resident and visitor spaces.
Parking Applications will not be approved for units who are past due, financially delinquent or your account is in a legal status. You will be required to park in Visitor spaces until your account is current. Additionally, units that enter a legal status will have their resident parking decals revoked.
A copy of valid, unexpired vehicle registration is required (see example image below) to prove that each vehicle exists. Unfortunately, there are residents who are sometimes disingenuous and attempt to register vehicles that don't exist in order to maximize the number of parking spaces assigned to them. There are not enough spaces available to assign 2 spaces for each unit.
