Townhomes of Summerfield Section 2 (a) of Article XIII of the CCRS - "Owner's Duty to Purchase Property Insurance. It shall be the individual responsibility of each Owner at his expense to provide homeowners insurance and with respect to his own Lot and Dwelling. The Association may require each Owner to carry homeowners insurance with respect to his respective Lot and Dwelling and to furnish a copy such policy to the Board of Directors upon request. The Board of Directors may request a copy of such insurance policy or certificate of insurance from each Owner on an annual basis or from time to time; provided, however, failure of the Board of Directors to make such a request shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to do so thereafter. The insurance policy carried by the Owner shall name the Association as trustee and attorney in fact for such Owner."
