The Master Association provides homeowners amenities including multiple swimming pools, a gym, indoor basketball court, tennis courts, a playground, a dog park and community events all within walking distance. Key cards to amenities are issued at the Master association offices.
This sub-community does not utilize a Property Mangement Company. It is assisted by an independent, Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM).
There are 5 elected Board Members; President, VP, Treasurer, Secretary, and At-Large (focused on Vendors).
Annual Board, Meeting of the Members, and Elections Are Held Every April.
The Association is responsible for maintaining everything outsides the walls of each unit including roofs, exterior paint, landscaping, sidewalks, parking lots, etc. Inside the walls is the responsibility of homeowners.
Renters are permitted. However, Owners must first submit a Rental Application Form, pay a non-refundable application fee, and receive an approval from the Association.
Rental Restriction: Per Master Association covenants, Owners cannot rent their units until two years after the close date.
Rental Cap: The community is voting to enact a cap on the maximum number of units that can be rented.
Sub-Leasing: Subleasing of units is not permitted.
New Buyers must submit a Buyer Information Form. No fees are charged to buyers. Note the rental application form doubles as the buyer's information form.
